Thanks so much to both Ray and Holly. We had discussed mortgages with other companies but Ray was the first to let us... know how best to maximize our RRSP to help with our down payment. As the bank made us jump through burning hoops to get the mortgage finalized, Holly was always there to provide direction and advice. Every time I phoned Holly answered right away and provided excellent advice. Ray and Holly continually negotiated the mortgage rate and it got lower and lower each time - I can't honestly believe the low rate we got and the savings that will translate into over the next 5 years. Ray pulled my mortgage out from under me when he found out I was shopping around for other rates. Sent me an email... saying I had to take the mortgage from him immediately, and when I told him I would have his answer the next day, He pulled the mortgage and canceled everything to try and screw me. Ended up getting a better rate from a courteous professional from the bank.read more
